Design Stiles,I typically NEVER answer my front door to ANYONE except trick-or-treaters… and ONLY on Haloween. If somebody I know wants to reach me, they can call me. Try and ascertain who the person is in case it IS a neighbor or friend who's paying you a legitimate social call. But they should have your phone number.Bill Fulton

We live in Sherman Oaks on a relatively busy street (Magnolia) and twice in the past week we have had a younger male knock on the front door during the day wiht no real 'reason' other than fumbling over words. this is generally a precursor or 'test' for burglarly, from my experiences. Please be wary.
